So far so good with the FPL service protection plan phase 1. Will Stewart came to the house right on time and looked the issue over. Told me what it entails and he'll schedule the job and let us know the repair date. Nice young man knows what he's talking about and I was happy and impressed. This is a wonderful family company that is concerned with their customers. Hurricane Milton made my electric box look like an S. They came out right away to see what the problem was. They filed the necessary permit with The City of Bradenton and then even put pressure on them to get it expedited because the box was dangerous. They even called me on a Sunday to keep me informed about where the process stood. Once they got the permit, they lined everything up with FPL and the inspector so that my power was only off for a few hours. Prior to doing the work, they explained what they would have to do. They are straight up and it was truly appreciated! Thank you for helping me with situation! You cannot go wrong with this company!!!
